Center of Food and Fermentation Technologies (TFTAK) is a research and development company based on the extensive use of modern analytical methods. Their main focus is developing innovative solutions for the food and biotechnology industry. For many years, TFTAK has been cooperating with Estonian food sector companies and participating in various international projects for the development of plant-based products. The focus of TFTAK’s research is related to the features of food production technologies and, in addition, consumer preferences.
